Lebenslauf

David Castillo studierte Tanzwissenschaft an der Universität Bern. Seit November 2024 arbeitet er im SNF-Projekt Soziale Choreografien an seiner Dissertation, die sich mit der körperlichen Erfahrung des Klimawandels im Südpazifik auseinandersetzt (Aotearoa und Tuvalu). David besucht das Doktoratsprogramm Global Studies und ist Teil des Forschungsclusters Ecology & Community: Cultural Environmental Perspectives. Von September 2025 bis August 2026 ist er Gastwissenschaftler an der Te Whare Wānanga o Waikato / University of Waikato.
